"Flag Detective" (the "App") respects your privacy and is designed for anyone to use safely. The App can be used without any account or login.
1. Information we do not collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information — no name, email, phone number, location, photos, or contacts. There is no account or login.
2. Information stored only on your device
Learning progress (countries learned, quiz records, stars, settings, language) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to an external server. It is removed when you delete the App.
3. In-app purchases
When you buy "Detective Pro" (unlocks all 203 countries), payment is processed by the Apple App Store. To manage purchase state we use the payment infrastructure provider RevenueCat, which processes an anonymous app user identifier and purchase receipt information. This is used only to restore purchases and provide functionality — never for advertising or tracking.

4. No ads, tracking, or analytics
The App shows no advertisements and uses no third-party tracking, behavioral analytics, or advertising identifiers. On-device records are not transmitted to any external server.
5. Safe by design
The App collects no identifiable personal information and includes no ads or third-party tracking. In-app purchases proceed only after a simple confirmation step (a multiplication question) that prevents accidental purchases.
6. Permissions
The App does not request sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, or location. All learning and quiz content is bundled in the App and works offline; the network is used only to process and restore in-app purchases.
7. Retention & deletion
On-device data disappears as soon as you delete the App or reset your device's data. The operator keeps no personal information.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be amended in line with applicable law or changes to the App; any changes will be announced on this page.
