1. Purpose
These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users in connection with the use of "Ready Hero" (the "Service").
2. What the Service Provides
- A timer and visualization that helps with a child's morning (and bedtime) routine
- Completion rewards (apple tree · stars) and streak records
- Routine statistics (calendar)
The Service is provided free of charge, with no sign-up or separate payment process. It contains no advertising or external tracking technologies.
3. Effect & Changes to the Terms
These terms take effect by being posted within the Service. The operator may revise the terms within the bounds of applicable law where necessary, and will announce any changes through this page. If a user continues to use the Service after a change, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
4. User Obligations
- Comply with applicable laws, these terms, and any notices.
- Do not interfere with the operation of the Service (reverse engineering, automated access, causing abnormal load, etc.).
- Do not enter content into the Service that infringes the rights of others.
5. Protection of Personal Information
Matters concerning the handling of personal information are governed by the separate Privacy Policy. The Service does not collect member information, and the routine data you enter is stored on your device.
6. Changes & Suspension of the Service
The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, no separate compensation is provided for changes to or suspension of a free service.
7. Disclaimer
- The operator is not liable where the Service is interrupted or data is lost due to causes not attributable to the operator, such as natural disasters, communication failures, or device malfunctions.
- The operator does not intervene in and is not responsible for any damage arising from information obtained through the Service or for disputes between users.
- The operator is not responsible for data recovery where a user deletes on-device data or removes the app themselves.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute between the operator and a user regarding use of the Service, both parties will first seek to resolve it through consultation; if no agreement is reached, a suit may be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
